As anyone knows, smoking isn't good for you. According to Apple it's not good for your Apple computer and it voids the warranty. The consumerist website indicates that apple considers cigarette smoke a biohazard and does not allow their technicians to work on PC's that have been exposed to second hand smoke.

Several customers have had similar rejections where Apple would not repair their PC's under the Applecare service plan. Apple claimed that repairing the PC would be the equivalent of an OSHA violation.
